Day 1: Arrive in Chengdu from Kathmandu

Fly from Kathmandu (KTM) to Chengdu.

Overnight: Hotel in Chengdu.

Day 2: Drive to Leshan and Emeishan

Depart by bus to Eimeishan གླང་ཆེན་འགྱང་རི། the sacred site of Samantabhadra འཕགས་པ་ཀུན་ཏུ་བཟང་པོའི་གནས། En route, visit the Leshan’s Statue of Future Buddha བྱམས་པ་ཆུ་གཟིགས།

Day 3: Drive back to Chengdu Early Evening

Enjoy morning exploration of Eimeishan, then return by bus to Chengdu.

Day 4: Take Morning Flight to Ningbo, The Take Bus to Putuoshan

Take a morning flight from Chengdu Shuangliu (Sichuan Airline 3U8937) at 09:05 to Ningbo, arriving at 11:45. After landing, take a bus to Putuoshan རི་བོ་གྲུ་འཛིན། the revered site of Avalokiteshvara ཐུགས་རྗེ་ཆེན་པོའམ་སྤྱན་རས་གཟིགས་ཀྱི་གནས།

Day 5: Transfer by Bullet Train to Jiuhuashan

Explore Putuo Shan early in the morning, then travel to Ningbo to catch bullet train G7678 to Nanjing Nan (South) from 12:02 to 14:26. Transfer to bullet train G3121 to Chizhou (15:57 – 17:11). Finally, take a bus to Jiuhuashan རི་བོ་རྩེ་དགུ the sacred site of Kshitigarbha ས་ཡི་སྙིང་པོའི་གནས།

Overnight: Stay in Jiuhuashan.

Day 6 & 7: Explore Jiuhuashan and Transfer Nanjin by Bullet Train

In the morning, visit the monasteries of Jiuhuashan. In the evening, return to Nanjing on bullet train G7094 from Chizhou at 19:14, arriving at Nanjing Nan (South) at 20:34.

Day 8: Fly to Taiyuan and Transfer by Bus to Wutai Shan
