Travel Service Guideline

Welcome to tibet.holiday, the official website of Tibet Holiday International Travel Co., Ltd, a locally operated agency based in Lhasa. By accessing and using our website, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following Tibet Travel Service Guideline or Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully.

Booking and Payment

1. Booking Confirmation and Conditions:
   • All bookings are subject to availability and are confirmed only when you receive a written confirmation from us.
2. Deposit and Payment:
   • A deposit of 30% of the total tour cost is required at the time of booking. The balance must be paid in full no later than 30 days before the tour start date.
3. Payment Methods:
   • We accept payments via credit card, wire transfer, and other methods as outlined on our Payment Information page.

Cancellation and Refund Policy

1. Cancellation by Client:
   • Cancellations must be made in writing. Cancellation charges apply as follows:
     • More than 30 days prior to departure: Loss of deposit.
     • 14-30 days prior: 50% of the tour price.
     • Less than 14 days: 100% of the tour price.
2. Cancellation by Us:
   • Tibet Holiday International Travel Agency reserve the right to cancel tours due to unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, you will receive a full refund.

Travel Insurance

Travel insurance is mandatory for all clients. Your insurance must cover personal injury, medical expenses, repatriation expenses, and any other potential risks associated with traveling in Tibet.

Health and Safety

It is your responsibility to ensure that you are in good health and physically fit to participate in the tour. We recommend consulting with a healthcare professional before your Tibet trip.

Changes to Itinerary

Tibet Holiday strive to adhere to the planned itinerary. However, changes may occur due to weather, political conditions, or other circumstances beyond our control. We will make every effort to provide suitable alternative arrangements.

Liability

1. Limitations of Liability:
   • Tibet Holiday International Travel shall not be liable for any loss, damage, injury, delay, or inconvenience arising from circumstances beyond our control.
2. Travel Documentation:
   • It is your responsibility to ensure you have the necessary visas, permits, and travel documents for entry into Tibet.
